I recently purchased your DOT half helmet to replace my old fiberglass model. When buying new equipment I usually try it out before a long run, not so this time around. When I left I had sized it and trimmed the strap, but had not worn it for any distance. After completing a 2500 mile trip in 90 to 100 degree heat I can honestly say this is the lightest most comfortable half helmet I've ever owned. It's the best thing next to wearing no helmet at all. Have you considered making a model with a removable leather neck curtain for cold weather use? If you do count me in, I'll buy one in a heartbeat as long as it's built as well as this one.
